• The parallel sessions have a mix of 30 min invited talks (25 min + 5 min for discussion)  and 15 min contributed talks (12 min + 3 min discussion).
• Refreshments and snacks will be served at the poster session on Monday evening. The posters will stay up for the duration of the meeting. The maximum poster size is 4’*4′ (120cm*120cm). The posters can be put up any time on Monday before the session and presenters are expected to attend their posters during the session.
• The welcome reception on Sunday evening is included with the registration (refreshments and hor d’oeuvres will be served).
• Participation in the banquet requires registration/co-payment (with conference registration – the banquet can be added until Aug. 3)
